Our development team consists of 5 principles, each with the vision and experience to develop and implement Vibrant Homes for Life.

Jack Chun – B. Arch, University Pennsylvania1958; President, Jack Chun, Inc., Architects and Construction Managers 1954 – 1997. Founder – Norristown Beautification Committee 1985. Founder - Montgomery Cultural Center 1987. President North Wales Rotary Club 1993. B.O.D. North Penn YMCA 1996-1999. Founder/Architect – White Roads Park Amphitheater and Band Shell, Lansdale, PA 2005. B.O.D. Pottstown Symphony Orchestra 2000-2003.

Stephen Cohen – Chairman, Board of Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., Certified Public Accountants. A Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and Finance. Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Maryland Board of Certified Public Accountants.

Joyce Lenhardt AIA LEED AP – Joyce provides programming and design leadership for many of the firm’s project with a particular interest and strength. Her extensive knowledge of zoning and planning issues through her volunteer involvement with the Chestnut Hill Land Use and Planning and Zoning Committee and her past and present Board memberships provide her with an understanding of the issues facing organizations from the perspective of the client. Joyce has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Temple University and is a registered architect.

Philip Rodgers, AIA – B. Arch Temple University 1981; NCARB 1982; Secretary/Treasurer, Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors 2010 – present; President, Lenhardt Rodgers Architects 2008 – 2010; President, Lenhardt Lolli & Rodgers 2000 – 20008; Vice –President, Lewis & Rodgers 1985 – 2000; Principal, Richard Lewis Associates 1978 – 1984 - Ambler Area YMCA, Board of Managers 2004 – 2007 - Business member, Leading Age PA (formerly PANPHA) 1989 – present.

Roger A Hammond – BS Business Based Computer Systems, Gwynedd Mercy University 1981; graduate studies, St. Joseph’s University, 1981-83; ongoing professional and education courses, certificate in Web Development from Temple University, ‘02. Director of Education, computer software school 1972-81; Business Owner, Next Generation Web Technologies 1981-Present; developed custom business applications and provided IT and Networking support for small to medium sized businesses. ’81-’99; building customizable web based application for business websites and online business applications ’99-Present; special focus on local business directories and support of community revitalization and connectivity.
